ScriptedSports provides informational sports-market analytics. Content is not financial, legal or betting advice, and no score, signal, model output or market observation guarantees a result. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and losses.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18, and at least 21 where required, and may use ScriptedSports only where sports wagering and this service are lawful. You are responsible for following the rules in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse subscriber-only data, or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed monthly or yearly price until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
Odds, splits, scores and third-party feeds can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may correct data, change features, suspend access or update these terms as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptedSports is not liable for wagering losses, missed opportunities, data-feed errors, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
